Get ready! After two successful events and more than $10,000 raised, New York’s top pastry talent comes together again this March for the ultimate bake sale at one of the country’s premier culinary schools to raise money for Cookies for Kids’ Cancer.

Join us at the Pastryland Bake Sale for the sweetest way to give back and taste exclusive creations from the most innovative minds in the pastry world. Pastryland celebrates the talents and imaginations of pastry chefs through delicious, one-of-a-kind desserts created specially for this event. 10 new restaurants and bakeries join our roster for this year including the chefs of High Street on Hudson, Win Son Bakery, Loring Place and more. Plus, don’t forget to check out new creations from returning favorites like Chef Anna Bolz of Per Se, Chef Shaun Velez of Café Boulud, Chef Julie Elkind of Bâtard and more. You won’t find these desserts anywhere else!

Cookies for Kids’ Cancer™, a national 501(c)3 non-profit, is committed to raising funds for research to develop new, improved, & less toxic treatments for pediatric cancer, the #1 disease killer of children in the U.S. Through the concept of local events and online cookie sales, Cookies for Kids’ Cancer has granted nearly $16 million to date, funding 110 research projects that have led to 42 new treatments becoming available for children battling cancer today. Since Cookies for Kids’ Cancer launched in 2008, there have been more than 10,000 events in all 50 states and 16 countries. Follow the organization on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. TICKETS

*VIP Tickets – $50 + taxes & fees

VIP ticket holders receive first access to the bake sale from 12:00-1:00pm for an exclusive meet & greet with our selected pastry chefs, including International Pastry Chef Kirsten Tibballs! Ticket holders will have access to free live chef demonstrations. VIP tickets include FIVE (5) tokens to exchange for beverages and pastry items.

*General Admission Tickets – $15 + taxes & fees

General admission holders must select a timed entry to the bake sale: 1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:00pm, or 2:30pm. Ticket holders will have access to free live chef demonstrations. Each ticket includes TWO (2) tokens to exchange for a beverage or pastry item. (Children under the age of 3 are welcome without tickets.)

TOKEN STRUCTURE:

Each beverage or pastry cost ONE (1) token.
Additional tokens can be purchased on-site at the bake sale:

  • ONE (1) Token = $5
  • TWO (2) Tokens = $9
  • FIVE (5) Tokens = $20
