New York’s top pastry talent comes together this March for the ultimate bake sale at one of the country’s premier culinary schools, to raise money for Hot Bread Kitchen!
Join us for the sweetest way to give back, and taste exclusive creations from the most innovative minds in the pastry world at the Pastryland Bake Sale. Pastryland celebrates the talents and imaginations of pastry chefs through delicious, one-of-a-kind desserts created specially for this event. Featuring unique treats from the chefs of Union Square Café, Bien Cuit, Bâtard, Patisserie Chanson and many more, experience the world of desserts like you’ve never tasted before.
About Hot Bread Kitchen:
is a non-profit social enterprise with a mission to create economic opportunity through careers in food. The organization delivers this mission through two main programs: HBK Incubates, a culinary incubator program which offers licensed commercial kitchen space and tailored technical assistance to small food businesses, and the culinary training program, a workforce development program that trains low-income and immigrant women for good jobs in the food industry held in the kitchens of ICC. 100% of graduates are placed in fair-wage food jobs in NYC. To support this mission, Hot Bread operates a commercial bakery and sells breads inspired by the women trained.
*VIP Tickets – $50 + taxes & fees
VIP ticket holders receive first access to the bake sale from 12:00-1:00pm for an exclusive meet & greet with our selected pastry chefs! VIP tickets include FIVE (5) tokens to exchange for beverages and pastry items.
*General Admission Tickets – $15 + taxes & fees
General admission holders must select a timed entry to the bake sale: 1:00pm (SOLD OUT), 1:45pm, 2:30pm, or 3:15pm. Each ticket includes TWO (2) tokens to exchange for a beverage or pastry item.
Children under the age of 3 are welcome without tickets.
Each beverage or pastry cost ONE (1) token.
Additional tokens can be purchased on-site at the bake sale:
- ONE (1) Token = $5
- TWO (2) Tokens = $9
- FIVE (5) Tokens = $20
Please note that ONLY CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS will be accepted on-site.
