Associate Director of Admission
After Stephanie Brail graduated from Binghamton University with an MBA in Marketing, her love for food and everything sweet lead her to enroll at the French Culinary Institute (now ICC). After graduating from the Professional Pastry Arts program she worked at Cake Alchemy and subsequently, now operates her own custom cakes business. With her experience and knowledge of the industry, she now works with many students through the admissions process to help them determine which path is best for their aspirations & goals and the steps to take to get there. Stephanie joined ICC in 2013.
