Associate Director of Admission
Michelle Apiar always had a love of cooking & baking and wanted to make it a part of her career. As a graduate of New York University, she started her career in the food industry working in public relations for restaurants and later in advertising sales for Gourmet magazine. After working with several chefs who made careers out of their passion, she was inspired to attend the International Culinary Center. After graduating from the Professional Pastry Arts program, she worked as a cake artist and ran her own special occasion cake bakery for 12 years. Michelle is now helping students achieve their dreams of becoming chefs as an admissions representative at her Alma Mater. She joined ICC in 2016.
