Having worked in restaurants and as a Director of Admission, John shares a wealth of knowledge about the culinary industry with prospective ICC students, helping to guide applicants through the admission process and set them on the path to achieving their culinary goals. As ICC’s Senior Associate Director of Admissions for over 17 years, John has helped many students realize their culinary dreams—some of the more notable alumni he has assisted are Kimball Musk, Michael Chernow and Joshua Skenes.
