Chef Chris is a 2009 graduate of The International Culinary Center and upon graduation gained experience on the line at restaurants in the Tri-State area. Over the last decade, he has opened and consulted at over a dozen restaurants in New Jersey including: Pig & Prince—where he was also the Chef de Cuisine, Ani Ramen, Villalobos—where he was the General Manager, Upstairs Restaurant, The Archer and Cowan’s Public. In addition to running Ronin—his consulting business and Ramen pop ups—Chef Chris spent two years as the Chef de Cuisine at the NJ Performing Arts Center, combining his love for restaurant operations with larger format galas. In 2019, Chef Chris returned to his alma matter as one of ICC’s newest Culinary Chef-Instructors, educating the next generation of culinary professionals. When he’s not in the kitchen, you can find Chef Chris on the lookout for the perfect bowl of ramen, watching movies, and spending time with his wife, Elise, and dog, Winston.
