LIBRARY
We believe that the culinary stars of the future stand on the shoulders of the legends who came before them. That's why our culinary academy has assembled a faculty of the finest deans and Chef-Instructors. It’s also the reason we have put a tremendous amount of resources into our library. Here you will find over 1,600 books, DVDs, CD-ROMs, and culinary software from the industry’s true visionaries; the perfect complement to our leading culinary classes. Our extensive library covers every facet of the culinary industry, from recipes to business plans. A full-time librarian is available to help you find what you’re looking for.

COMPUTER LAB
Want to check your email, do a little job hunting, or get more information about the next sizzling New York City restaurant you want to try? Our academy of culinary arts features a fully equipped computer center to serve both as your window to the world as well as your on-campus office.

CHEF QUARTERS
A place where our distinguished Deans and Chef-Instructors at our academy prepare for gourmet cooking classes and adjust the overall curriculum to keep students on the vanguard of new trends in the culinary world. Our Chef Quarters also serve as a place where students can meet with their Chef-Instructors for career counseling or to further discuss topics covered in culinary class.
