Favorite Restaurant My favorite restaurant is the Purple Rose in Fort Bragg, CA. I've been going to the Purple Rose ever since I could lift a fork (maybe even longer!), and I dream about their chicken tacos and chile rellenos now that I can't get a weekly fix. Secret family recipes, icy margaritas, great food, and a friendly staff-they have it all! Favorite Thing About Working at the International Culinary Center I'm passionate about food, wine, people, and positive life experiences, and the International Culinary Center is an incubator for all of these. I also love working in a school where the students' energy and excitement is so tangible-it's a good contagion.
