Favorite Restaurant? The Greek Kitchen in Hell’s Kitchen. I alternate ordering the lamb gyro and shish kebab but always, always get the Greek fries (with lemon, oregano and parmesan)! Favorite Thing About Working at the International Culinary Center? Being surrounded by incredible chefs and fun people who love food—I love working in such a positive atmosphere. There’s always someone ready to offer a bit of culinary advice or appreciate your work. And, of course, the best bread in the city!
