4 hours hands-on cooking and tasting ENROLL NOW

Spend a few hours rolling out dough, shaping the perfect crust, spreading just enough sauce, and sprinkling a layer of freshly sliced mozzarella. This is your shot to get in the center of the action, all while learning the fine art of thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizza. You’ll work elbow-to-elbow with our Chef-Instructors, and they’ll share their secrets and some of their favorite slices, loaded with roasted vegetables and other delicious toppings. The whole process will be demonstrated in a professional kitchen with our top-notch instructors. Keep one eye on bubbling mozzarella and the other on your Chef-Instructor’s mixing, rolling, and baking techniques. Whether you’re already cooking or still a little fresh, sign up today and join the tradition.

Students must be at least 13 years of age to enroll in Pizza 101. Rising culinary stars younger than 18 will need a parent or guardian to vouch for them as a co-signer.

Recreational classes make great gifts! Purchase a gift certificate now.
