Become a master of spinning out dough in mid-air, spreading just enough sauce, and sprinkling a layer of fresh-grated mozzarella. This is your shot to get in the center of the action, all while learning the fine art of New York pizza. You’ll work elbow-to-elbow with our Chef-Instructors, and they’ll share their secrets and some of their favorite slices. The whole process will be demonstrated in a professional kitchen with our top-notch instructors. Keep one eye on bubbling mozzarella and the other on your Chef-Instructor’s mixing, tossing and baking techniques.
