3 hours of hands-on instruction plus 1 hour dinner

Our upcoming class has sold out. To join our wait list, call 888.908.2783 or email us your name and phone number.

Our Master Class series continues with a wonderful and rare opportunity: an evening of hands-on learning with culinary legend and Dean of Special Programs at The French Culinary Institute, Jacques Pépin. A charming, witty, and inspiring instructor, Pépin will share with you the master techniques of a truly great kitchen veteran as you cook your way through one of his time-seasoned menus. You'll start off with scallops Grenobloise, dressed with lemon rind, capers, and croutons, before making a delicious chicken suprêmes, with mushroom sauce and Pépin's garlic and apricot spiked tapenade, and asparagus with chorizo. To round out the menu, you will finish up with elegant simplicity at its best: warm chocolate cake with an apricot-cognac sauce. More than just bragging rights of having cooked with Jacques Pépin, you will walk away with new skills and some fantastic recipes to add to your entertaining and what's-for-dinner-arsenal.
