In collaboration with Edible Manhattan—the magazine celebrating Gotham's food culture, from field to market, in restaurants and at home—the beverage manager of greenmarket-driven restaurants Savoy and Back Forty will present tips and techniques for festive cocktails with seasonal characteristics. Get bartenders' tricks for mixing better tasting, polished cocktails with the perfect balance of sweet and sour notes. Learn how to incorporate produce that embodies the freshness of the farmers market, year round, and explore contemporary flavors and ingredients that lend pep to classic recipes and wholly unique new inventions.
