Location
The International Culinary Center is located at 462 Broadway at the corner of Grand Street in New York City. Take the elevator up to the fourth floor reception area to check in for Recreational Division classes.

Payments, Refunds & Makeups
Payment in full is required at the time of registration. No refunds are issued after registration. Cancellations 14 or more calendar days prior to the course start date will be issued a credit for future courses. Credits must be used within one year of the registration date. No credits will be given for cancellations occurring less than 14 calendar days prior to the course start date.
If for some reason we cancel a class, all students will be given a full refund along with advance notice.
Coming from out of town? Please check our site or call us to confirm class time and location before you finalize your travel plans.
We cannot offer makeup classes, credits or refunds if you miss your class day. Please make note of all your registered classes to avoid conflicts.

Age of Students
The Recreation Division is appropriate for aspiring chefs ages 13 and up. Students must be at least 13 years of age to enroll in Pizza 101. Students must be a minimum of 16 years of age to enroll in all other cooking classes and a minimum of 18 years of age to enroll in Wine Uncorked. Rising culinary stars younger than 18 will need a parent or guardian to vouch for them as a co-signer.

Attire
Proper attire is very important for safety and sanitary reasons. All students must wear pants and non-slip, closed-toe shoes (no sneakers, loafers, sandals, etc.) for any hands-on cooking classes you attend. We'll have aprons and skull caps for use during class. Students will not be permitted in class without proper attire.

Cell Phones
Please respect your classmates and your instructor by refraining from using a cell phone to make calls or text messages during class. There are designated areas where cell phone use is allowed. Also, if you use a beeper, please keep it at home.
