Timed with Marcella’s birthday in mid-April, leading chefs and restaurants from coast to coast will feature a dish inspired by one of her most revered recipes: Busara-Style Pasta Sauce, a recipe from her book Marcella Cucina. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the scholarship.
