If you have taken our Culinary Camp for Teens course and want to bring your cooking skills to the cutting edge of technology, the time has arrived. Culinary Technology Camp for Teens, ages 13-18 years old, teaches modernist variations of the essential skills built in Culinary Camp. Learn to use the innovative techniques your favorite chefs are using including hydrocolloids, spherification, sous vide cooking, liquid nitrogen and more!

Taught by the same instructors who train our professional students, each day is a true hands-on experience where students will be taught to use iSi canisters, immersion circulators, vacuum chambers and more. By the end of the course, students will be comfortable in demonstrating the use of alternative ingredients, plating techniques, methods of sous vide and low temperature cooking. As a gift, each student will take home their own Molecular Gastronomy kit to practice their new skills!

Enhance the culinary skills learned in Culinary Camp for Teens with the latest in food technology. Each student receives personal attention and guidance from our experienced chef-instructors.
