This 25-hour course gives students knowledge of techniques, recipes and ingredients that are essential to an understanding of Spanish cuisine, from traditional to modernist cooking.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

In just 1 week, you will grasp the fundamentals of both traditional and avant-garde Spanish cooking. You’ll cover everything from the subtleties of paella to the authentic Spanish ways to prepare and serve tapas. Our goal is to have you immersed in a cuisine as historic and robust as the land from which it comes. Taught by Chef José Javier Menéndez(shown here with students), who has worked with José Andrés and served as a personal chef to Plácido Domingo.
