Handmade Pasta for Future Chefs
Team up with your teen for a little culinary bonding in this hands-on class that will introduce your child to the beauty of making pastas and sauces by hand and from scratch. Chef-instructors from The Italian Culinary Academy will share techniques for mixing, rolling, and shaping dough into noodles, ravioli, and specialty pastas formed by hand. Round out your education by preparing classic fillings and sauces the whole family will enjoy using authentic regional recipes. At the end of class, you'll sit down together and enjoy a pasta feast with your classmates.
Students must be at least 13 years of age and must enroll with a parent or guardian. Rising culinary stars younger than 18 will need a parent or guardian to vouch for them as a co-signer. The Amateur Italian cooking courses are not accredited by ACCSC and are designed for personal enrichment. They are not intended to qualify a student for employment. |
