International Culinary Center’s distinguished alumni include Bobby Flay of Food Network fame; David Chang of Momofuku; Christina Tosi of Milk Bar and MasterChef; Dan Barber of Blue Hill at Stone Barns; Joshua Skenes of Michelin-rated Saison, Hooni Kim, who opened, Danji , which received the first Michelin star for a Korean restaurant in the US; and cookbook author and food personality Daisy Martinez. Our graduates work in every facet of the food industry, including television, publishing, food styling, business, interactive media, food policy, catering and, of course, restaurants.
