Q. Is The French Culinary Institute changing its name to The International Culinary Center?
A. The French Culinary Institute is not changing its name but rather living in an expanded home, The International Culinary Center, where future new culinary programs will be introduced. This expansion gives The International Culinary Center the platform for introducing new programs, while still maintaining the heritage of training at The French Culinary Institute.
This new facility will also be the home to our new Italian Studies programs that offer authentic Italian culinary training in both NYC and Parma, Italy, as well as our exciting, new Cooking Clinics. These recreactional cooking classes are three to five day culinary, pastry, and bread baking courses that let chef and enthusiasts enjoy our legendary teaching and facilities in smaller, bite-size classes.
