Scott Larson’s life-long passion for cooking began at the age of 14 when he was elected camp cook for his Boy Scout troop. Since then, his culinary career has continued to thrive and grow. In 1993 he was named one of the “Ten Young Chefs to Watch” by the Philadelphia Daily News, and went on to train with mentors and culinary greats Andrew D’Amico, Charlie Palmer, Anne Rosenzweig and Soerke Peters. He takes great pride in encouraging his students to work hard in building a strong culinary foundation while at the International Culinary Center. Chef Scott joined the International Culinary Center in 2009.
