Favorite Restaurant: SEA in Williamsburg (they have a great, hip vibe with consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality of their dishes). So Good! Favorite Thing About Working at the International Culinary Center: Being constantly inspired. I have cooked and baked as a necessity since I was 5 years old, which then became a passion, that turned into aspiring to have my own little place one day (years from now). Being able to connect to those that are looking to pursue this industry with that same passion, is something that inspires me in a way I haven’t been before with other higher education institutions. I am inspired by my colleagues and by the quality that we offer as a whole from our front door to the kitchen classrooms with our phenomenal Chef Instructors/Deans. Joined the International Culinary Center in 2014.
