Pastry Chef-InstructorA former senior royalties analyst at Sony Music, Chef Judy graduated from The FCI’s Classic Pastry Arts program in 2006. She counts her grandmother and her parents among her most influential mentors, and her cake business, Silk Cakes, has received a number of accolades, including the 2010 and 2011 “Brides Choice Award” from weddingwire.com as well as features in V Magazine and New York Weddings. She believes passion for food is the single most important trait a great chef can have, and that continual learning and perfection of skills are the foundations of career success. Joined the FCI in 2006.
