Isra Gordon
Pastry Chef-InstructorIsra Gordon’s 26 years of culinary industry experience are an enormous asset to young chefs. In her pastry arts classes, she guides her students through their personal transformations from aspiring chefs to inventive, experienced cooks. While she focuses strictly on pastry instruction at The International Culinary Center, outside of the classroom Chef Isra runs her own catering company. She enjoys creating original dishes that draw on the Caribbean flavors and foods of her native Grenada. Chef Isra joined The International Culinary Center in 2007.
