Philip Burgess
Lead Chef-InstructorChef Philip Burgess boils culinary success down to one thing: commitment. He believes that when a chef makes a commitment to care genuinely for his ingredients, process, and customers, results of the highest quality are sure to follow. As a chef, he finds few things more satisfying than cooking with fresh vegetables he has harvested from the garden. Chef Philip is a Culinary Institute of America graduate. Prior to teaching at The International Culinary Center, he was the executive chef for Flik International. Chef Philip joined The International Culinary Center in 2007.
