Lance Calloway

Chef-Instructor

A South Texas native and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Lance has worked in leading New York City restaurants including Gotham Bar and Grill, Gramercy Tavern, and the Strip House, as well as working as a private chef/private island manager. His favorite thing about being a chef-instructor at The International Culinary Center is the opportunity to help others better themselves in the business, and he encourages his students to realize that they are forever learning. When not in the kitchen, Chef Lance enjoys spending time with his daughter and working toward his private pilot’s license. Joined The International Culinary Center in 2011.
