Chef-Instructor“My high school cooking teacher, Nancy Ellis, made me realize that what I enjoyed doing (cooking) could be a career,” says Chef Greg. He attended both the Culinary Institute of America and The International Culinary Center, and worked in the New Jersey kitchens of Verve and Chiffafa House where his talents garnered him accolades in the New York Times, Star Ledger, and Zagat. He gets true joy from training students who share the same passion for the culinary world as he does, and finds even simple ingredients can be turned into a beautiful dish “as long as they are respected and made with love.” Chef Greg joined The International Culinary Center in 2010.
