Anthony Moraes
Chef-Instructor“Ivy League” are the words Chef Anthony uses to describe the caliber of The International Culinary Center, and describes the level of expertise at the school as “incredible.” A graduate of The New York Restaurant School, he staged at a two-star Michelin restaurant in the Algarve region of Portugal, worked as a sous chef at Eleven Madison Park, and also opened two restaurants in his hometown of Newark, New Jersey. He encourages his students to “become fluent in the classics and build your career from there” and believes knowledge, experience, organization, and focus and the keys to success in the kitchen. Joined The International Culinary Center in 2011.
