Chef-InstructorA 1992 graduate of the pastry program at Hungary’s Gundel Karoly Culinary School, Chef Annamaria worked and learned about great quality food service in leading hotels including the Raddison SAS Hotel in Budapest, and the JW Marriott Hotel in Dubai, as well a number of five-star cruise ships. Passionate about the artistic side of pastry, Chef Annamaria feels very lucky to teach at The International Culinary Center and have the opportunity to pass along her knowledge to her students. Chef Annamaria joined The International Culinary Center in 2010.
