Chef-Instructor“If you are not afraid of hard work and have any sort of passion, cooking is a great outlet,” says Chef Brynne, who grew up in Green Bay, WI. She realized she wanted to become a baker on the first day of her first baking job there and counts the most satisfying experience in the kitchen as listening to bread “sing” —the crackling sound that the crust makes as the bread cools—after it is removed from the oven. She has worked in a number of bakeries over the past six years, and joined The International Culinary Center to enthusiastically share her passion for bread with her students. Chef Brynne joined The International Culinary Center in 2010.
