Chef Rogers considers cooking at the Bocuse d'Or USA as his greatest achievement in a career filled with many professional highs. In addition to teaching, Chef Rogers is a co-owner of Pascal's, a popular French restaurant in Larchmont, New York. Chef Rogers joined The International Culinary Center in 2002.
