Join us for lunch or dinner and gaze out at the lovely view as you enjoy our seasonal menu, highlighting the freshest local ingredients and prepared by our students-chefs, the next generation of culinary stars.
From the comfort of your chair in the Monte Bello Dining Room, you will see Monte Bello Ridge, home of Ridge Vineyards. This “beautiful mountain” produces some of the best wines in the world, according to critics in the Judgment of Paris, a wine competition held in Paris in 1976. Ten years later, The French Culinary Institute hosted the tenth anniversary of the tasting in New York and Ridge Vineyard’s Monte Bello cabernet moved up to second place, once again demonstrating the critics’ preference for American wines over their European competitors.
The International Culinary Center’s commitment to wine has continued to this day and is reflected in our top-notch wine list, which includes the best wines of California and the world. Those wines, together with the creative efforts of our student-chefs in the kitchen, will ensure that you experience an unforgettable meal in a stunning location.
