ICC’s Professional Culinary Arts program is intense; students learn the fundamentals of more than 200 techniques in six to nine months, using our Total Immersionsm teaching method. Culinary students are in the kitchen from their first day, learning how to use professional equipment and developing cooking skills necessary for a successful career.

Students can enroll in career programs to receive a diploma in Professional Culinary Arts, Culinary Arts + Farm-To-Table, Professional Pastry Arts, Cake Techniques + Design, International Bread Baking and Intensive Sommelier Training.
