Classic Culinary Arts Honors Program
The nine-month Classic Culinary Arts Honors Program offers an intensive 600-hour curriculum that teaches everything you need to know to launch your new career in the culinary industry, with the added credentials of graduating with distinction.
Take Your Culinary Education to the Next Level
Covering the same curriculum as The International Culinary Center's Classic Culinary Arts career program, the Classic Culinary Arts Honors Program offers students the opportunity to take their culinary education even further. Students accepted into the program will have the added benefit of learning and working alongside other highly motivated honors students with demonstrated culinary ability and passion for the industry.
With additional admission requirements and higher standards of progress, the honors program seeks to enrich the academic experience of our Classic Culinary Arts program. Along with the educational benefits of participating in a more competitive program, honors students will gain the added credentials of graduating with distinction, which will set them apart in the job market. Plus, they’ll be invited to attend an exclusive club event for honors students.
