Almost everyone loves chocolate. And whether celebrating the best moments in life or cheering someone up, chocolate tends to make everything better.

In this class, you'll learn how to make a variety of truffles and other chocolate treats, giving you the opportunity to practice tempering both milk and dark chocolate, make a ganache, as well as a try your hand at a variety of important techniques, such as molding, dipping, drizzling, and coating.

With an introduction to the skills used by top chocolatiers and our best recipes to take home, you will be ready to make and enjoy your own chocolate treats whenever the occasion calls.
