Carnegie Hall Commencement Ceremony

To honor our students and recognize their hard work and dedication in completing their course of study at The International Culinary Center, we invite recent graduates and their guests, faculty, and community members to gather together for a special commencement ceremony at the New York City landmark Carnegie Hall.
For over 30 years, our graduates have gone on to become some of the world's top chefs. The 2014 graduation ceremony will include a keynote address from Bobby Flay (Culinary Arts graduate '84), the presentation of annualOutstanding Alumni Awards, which celebrate our graduates who have demonstrated remarkable achievement in the field.
Additionally, students are invited to participate in special activities for graduating students and alumni scheduled throughout the weekend at The International Culinary Center.
The ceremony is open to recent graduates of Classic Culinary Arts, Classic Pastry Arts, Spanish Culinary Arts, Cake Techniques, Art of International Bread Baking, Intensive Sommelier Training and Italian Culinary Experience.
