One of the many advantages of receiving a culinary education from The International Culinary Center is our size. The fact that we’re small means you get individualized attention while in school and a guarantee that you will stay in our memory banks long after graduation.

As a graduate, you’ll have ongoing access to our career placement services. This means you can turn to us at any stage of your career to take advantage of one-on-one career advising, peruse the online Job Menu, or attend one of the biannual on-site career fairs at the New York and California campuses. The school’s excellent networking abilities could land you a job in the US or perhaps somewhere else in the world. Many of our graduates work in top restaurants, hotels, catering and corporate dining; as private chefs, or in any of a number of areas in food media, including magazines, book publishing, blogging and television.
