You’ve had Chardonnay, you like Pinot Noir, and you’re tired of Cabernet Sauvignon. Or maybe you love them all and are ready to find something different to add to the line-up. The world of wine boasts many different grape varieties, wine styles, and unique regions that are equally (if not more) tantalizing than the international workhorses we all know and love.


Learn how grape variety, wine styles and geographic regions play a major influence in the outcome, while tasting different esoteric wines such as Xinomavro and Scheurebe.


Students must be at least 21 years of age to enroll in this course.
