POP! Everyone loves the sound, taste, and feel of champagne. It is a symbol of celebration, and a delight to the senses. In this class, learn what makes Champagne unique and discover the different styles and nuances that exist between bottles from unique producers, vintages and vineyards.


You’ll learn through theory and sensory assessment as a sommelier leads you through a tasting of six unique Champagnes.


Students must be at least 21 years of age to enroll in this course.
