Taught by renowned instructors, this 300-hour course covers everything from foundation cake making techniques to advanced cake design and decoration plus insights into running your own cake business. By the time you graduate, you’ll have created a wide range of cakes, from simple génoise layer cakes to multi-tiered masterpieces, and employed both classic and contemporary cake decorating techniques in their design.
