Featured International Culinary Center Scholarships - New York Campus
A variety of scholarships are available to students enrolled in programs at The International Culinary Center's New York campus.
Scholarships that are awarded directly by The International Culinary Center may be awarded based on need, experience, goals, and other factors, based on the decision of our scholarship committee, which is made up of the school's director of education, director of financial aid, and director of student affairs.
Application Materials
To apply for International Culinary Center scholarships, submit the following materials (along with any other requirements specific to the scholarship you are applying for):- FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) - used to determine financial need
- A500-word written essay describing your passion and goals for enrolling in their chosen program of study

Eligible applicants must be enrolled in one of the classes listed above to be considered:
Award 1:
- Culinary Arts Day (Tech Concentration) starting on July 15, 2013
- Culinary Arts Eve (MWF) starting on July 24, 2013
- Pastry Arts Eve (THS) starting on July 25, 2013
- Pastry Arts Day starting on August 8, 2013
- Culinary Arts Day starting on August 12, 2013
- Culinary Arts Eve (THS) – Honors Program starting on August 17, 2013
- Culinary Arts Day starting on September 10, 2013
- Culinary Arts Eve (MWF) starting on September 11, 2013
Applicants must submit a 500-word written essay describing their passion and goals for enrolling in their chosen program of study and expressing their passion for cooking.
Applicants must also complete the scholarship application online.

International Student Scholarships
Amount: $5,000Application Deadline: Varies
Award Date: Varies
International students enrolled in Classic Culinary Arts and Classic Pastry Arts may apply for $5,000 awards from The International Culinary Center. Applicants must submit a 500-word written essay describing their passion and goals for enrolling in their chosen program of study. Applicants must also complete the scholarship application online.

Firefighters and Police Officers Scholarships

For firefighters and police officers who are currently serving or have served within the past 5 years.
Applicants must be enrolled in our Classic Culinary Arts or Classic Pastry Arts.

Italian Culinary Experience Scholarships
Amount: Two $5,000 awardsApplication deadline: Varies
Award date: Varies
Scholarships valued at $5,000 will be awarded to students seeking an education in Italian cuisine. Applicants must also complete the scholarship application online.

Veterans Partial Tuition Scholarships
Amount: $3,750 and $7,500Application Deadline: Varies
Award Date: Varies
Military veterans who have been honorably discharged from the United States Armed Forces, and not eligible for The Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E) VetSuccess Program under Title 38 CFR chapter 31, are qualified to apply for the following awards:
$7,500 for Classic Culinary Arts, Classic Pastry Arts, and the Italian Culinary Experience
$3,750 for Art of International Bread Baking, Cake Techniques & Design, and Restaurant Management
