Step 1: Apply for Admission to The FCI
To begin an application, select your program of interest from the online application page. Please note to submit an application there is a non-refundable fee of either $100 or no more than 10% of the tuition for the class (whichever is less). This application fee will be applied to the total cost of attendance.

Step 2: Speak to an Admission Representative
After we receive your application, an admission representative will contact you to discuss the steps you’ll need to take in order to complete the admission process. You will also receive an enrollment package in the mail, which includes an enrollment agreement, student catalog, and other important information.
Step 3: Submit Required Admission Forms
To secure your seat in the class, within 30 days of paying your application fee, you must submit a signed enrollment agreement. Cake Techniques & Design, Restaurant Management, Pastry Techniques applicants must also submit proof of high school graduation in the form of a high school or college diploma, professional degree, GED, or other high school equivalency
Step 4: Complete Payment
The balance of your payment is due on or before the first day of class, payable to the Bursar by cash, credit card, or check (made out to The International Culinary Center).
