Apply for Student Housing

There are no formal deadlines for housing applications. However, housing is limited and applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to have the best chance of obtaining housing, we encourage you to complete your application as soon as possible.

Who Can Apply

Students who are enrolled in Classic Culinary Arts, Classic Pastry Arts, Intensive Sommelier Training, Cake Techniques & Design, or Art of International Bread Baking and who live outside of the five boroughs of New York City are eligible to apply for student housing.

For students enrolling in shorter programs at The International Culinary Center, we’ve put together a guide to alternative housing.

The Application Process

To apply for housing, complete the online application form and submit the non-refundable $100 housing application fee too reserve your space. You’ll be notified of your assignment about 30 days before the start of your class.
