Student Housing in New York

Students enrolling in career programs can choose from residence apartments on Roosevelt Island and at the EHS Clark Residence in Brooklyn Heights, both located within comfortable proximity to campus. These are secure spaces geared to short-term leasing between 6 weeks and 9 months.

Because room availability is limited, we encourage you to discuss your needs with us as soon as possible. For more information, contact Amanda Cann in Student Affairs by email or call 646.254.7511.

Roosevelt Island Apartment Residence

This charming community on New York's East River is officially part of Manhattan, with the benefit of being removed just enough to enjoy spectacular views of the city. The island offers promenades and fitness facilities, all in a relaxed setting that is a welcome contrast to Manhattan's energy and bustle. Nearby subway access and an elevated tram offer convenient transportation to campus.

Most apartments consist of two or three bedrooms (usually two double, shared bedrooms plus a single bedroom). Each apartment generally houses three to five people.
