Current occupation: TV Personality and Chef/Partner of Scopa Italian Roots and Black Market Liquor Bar in Los Angeles

Antonia Lofaso is chef and partner at Scopa Italian Roots in Venice and at Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City.  Before graduating from The French Culinary Institute in 2001, she was a manager at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Justin’s Restaurant. She moved back to Los Angeles to work at Wolfgang Pucks’ Spago, where she spent six years before signing on as executive chef at Foxtail in West Hollywood. Antonia is best as a contestant on Season 4 of “Top Chef.” Since then, she’s opened her two Los Angeles restaurants and published “The Busy Mom’s Cookbook.” Antonia also makes regular appearances on the Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen and CNBC’s Restaurant Startup.
