Our Career Programs
International Culinary Center programs span every facet of the industry, from chef training in culinary arts, pastry arts, bread baking and cake design to specialized courses in wine studies and restaurant management. Small class sizes and an emphasis on hands-on practice enable students to benefit from a rigorous, comprehensive education in the skills and techniques they need to succeed.
Located in the culinary capital of New York City and California’s lush Silicon Valley, ICC is internationally recognized for its premium facilities, abundant resources and highly-effective instruction.

Study in New York
Professional Culinary Arts, Professional Pastry Arts, Art of International Bread Baking, Intensive Sommelier Training
The story of International Culinary Center began in New York City in 1984, with the founding of The French Culinary Institute in Soho. Since then, our faculty and deans have worked continuously to evolve the curriculum and expand the facilities. We now occupy five floors, including our restaurant, L’Ecole, where Professional Culinary Arts students gain real-world experience.
Set in one of the world’s most dynamic cities, ICC offers access to New York’s vibrant food scene of international cuisines, four-star restaurants and trend-setting chefs, all just a short walk or subway ride away from the school.
Study in California
ICC’s West Coast home in the Silicon Valley is perfectly situated between the vineyards of Napa Valley and the seafood haven of Monterey Bay, less than an hour’s drive from San Francisco. Three core programs—Professional Culinary Arts Immersion, Professional Pastry Arts and Intensive Sommelier Training—are taught by a team of seasoned industry chefs and master sommeliers. Professional Culinary Arts includes a built-in externship in a top restaurant.
Attend an Open House
Our regularly scheduled Open Houses in New York or California provide an ideal opportunity to hear from ICC faculty, students and alumni to learn more about the industry.
